Fan of melon with warm mulled cider, apples & lemon sorbet
Chilled salmon terrine with capers & tomato confit
Warm goats cheese tartlet filled with slow cooked onions flavoured with garlic & thyme
Assiette of cured meats with pickles (salami, mortadella, chorizo, parma ham)
Chilled roast pepper & courgette salad with olives, pumpkin seeds & feta cheese


Roast sliced crown of turkey with a stuffing, bacon roll, chipolata & pan gravy
Grilled salmon with a white wine, orange & cranberry butter sauce flavoured with chives
Beef casserole flavoured with red wine, garlic & winter vegetables 
Roast chicken breast with a brandy & chestnut sauce
Pan fried sirloin steak served with a rich port sauce & topped with stilton 
Roast pork fillet with a cider, apple & date sauce

Cannnelloni stuffed with spinach, butternut squash, chestnuts & baked in a tomato & herb sauce
