Fan of melon with poached pear in mulled red wine with lemon sorbet
Ashmores prawn, apple & grape salad with Marie Rose mayonnaise
Warm goats cheese tartlet filled with white onion & date confit flavoured with rosemary
Duck liver  & orange pate with melba toast & spiced fruit chutney
CHilled roast pepper salad with olives , beetroot, pumpkin seeds & feta cheese

Grilled salmon with a white wine, orange, cranberry & chive sauce
Lamb casserole flavoured with garlic, rosemary , mint & winter vegetables

Pan fried sirloin steak topped with stilton & served with a port sauce
